1. click on "profile" (next to where you log out)
2. click on "modify profile" (next to where it says "members bio")
3. scroll down to the "personal information" section
4. you will see the word "Avatar", to the right of that is a l'il white box with a drop down arrow - click on that arrow and you will see a list of pics to choose from ;D
n.b. if you wish to use your own picture it must measure no more than 100x100 pixels and you need to paste the URL for it in the "Avatar URL" box. you can get a URL for your pic by loading it to a photo hosting site such as Photobucket.
