Reflexology: The study and interpretation of behaviour in terms of simple and complex reflexes; A form of complementary medicine involving the stimulation of points on the feet, hands, or ears, in the belief that it will have a beneficial effect on some other parts of the body or to improve general health

Reflexology is a great holsitic treatment. I myself have had a few treatments and given treatments to clients. This is a great treatment as not a lot of people like body massages and want to try an alternative to medical treatments. The good thing about Reflexology is like a massage on the body it removes toxins and assists lymphatic drainage except the feet are worked on, it is very relaxing and helps release tension. Certain parts of the feet corrospond to a particular part of the body and imbalances in the body can be detected on the feet by the colour of the feet, temperature, callouses and their general look and feel. Definitely one of a few of my favourite treatments.
